Introducing Chakra Alchemy
I’m so excited to share that our very first Live series begins on the 20th May 2024. Join us for a journey through the chakra system, learning about each energetic centre and how to work it’s energies within us. We focus on alchemising what we learn into deep healing and energy work. Think of it as an introduction to your energy body and how to look after her.
Each week we gather live for a 60 minute deep dive into the chakra. These classes will be a mixture of yoga asana, meditation, energy healing, sound baths and journalling. In addition, you will find resources here on the community section to help connect to and heal each chakra in more depth each week.
All Live classes are recorded and will be posted in The Studio the day after - so you can rewatch and catch up anytime. Chakra Alchemy is included in your Soul Shala membership. I can’t to discover chakra magic with you.
